Forms have been sent home as a hard copy or can be downloaded below.
Forms are to be submitted to secretary@cliftoncheder.org or handed in to the main office.
1) Registration Form

2) New students (including siblings) & all students entering Pre1A require an application.

To take advantage of the early bird registration rate, these applications are to be submitted before the early bird deadline.
3) Family Information / Consent Form
When editing the document, please be sure to clearly mark your edits (an asterik, colored ink, etc.)
Current Families: Your personalized form was emailed to you via Infograsp as part of your Re-registration email mid February, and sent home as a hard copy as well.
New Families: Please refer to your acceptance / registration email.
4) Textbook Loan Form
Fill out one form per Elementary student (entering Grades Pre1A and above.)

5) Medical Forms. Note: These forms are not required for registration but are needed before the Admission Card Deadline in late July.

FACTS (Tuition Collection Plan & Scholarship)
Both tuition and supplemental donations will be collected via FACTS. Click here to access.
Current Families: Log onto your FACTS account and ensure that your payment plan is set up correctly for the 2023-24 school year.
New Families: Set up your tuition payment plan via FACTS (Click here for detailed letter.)
A verification from FACTS documenting your tuition payment plan will be sent to you, along with information specific to the תשפ"ד / 2023-24 school year, in the coming months.
To apply for a scholarship, complete all necessary forms via the FACTS program (select "Start Application') before May 1, 2023. Limited scholarships are available for students entering Kindergarten and above, and will be awarded based on need on a first come first serve basis.
