The Clifton Cheder Kodesh department distinguishes itself by connecting our talmidim to the learning process. This enables them to experience the beauty of our Mesorah.
In our full-scale boys Elementary program, whether teaching Kriah, Kesiva, Tefillah, Chumash, Navi, Mishna, Gemorah along with Parsha and Yedios Klaliyos, our staff is focused on the mastery of material via the development of skills. Warm and professional Rebbeim motivate the students to analyze the material being studied, forging a lifelong connection between the text at hand and the talmidim’s hearts. Through exciting lessons, our children are provided the skills to be able to learn and the cheshek to want to learn both now and in the years to come.
We look forward to you coming and learning first hand what all the excitement is about.
Limudei Kodesh - Bais Yaakov
At Bais Yaakov of Clifton, girls develop a love for learning and mitzvos and a special connection to Hashem. Our fundamental goal is to instill middos tovos within each child, nurtured by moros and teachers who are role models for the girls to admire and emulate. We encourage the multifaceted development of the whole child -- academically, spiritually, emotionally and socially. Our small classes uniquely position Bais Yaakov of Clifton to offer personalized learning experiences that cater to each each student’s unique capabilities and learning style.
At Clifton Cheder and Bais Yaakov of Clifton, our General Studies Programs teaches students the process of learning while focusing on the mastery of skills. Using a high-interest and meaningful curriculum, as well as developmentally appropriate and hands-on teaching practices, our students are encouraged to use their individual strengths to take ownership of their education. We teach each student, and encourage each student, to recognize and utilize the potential within him/herself.
